Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Zones and Destinations

We offer shipping within India and Worldwide. Our shipping service covers most areas in India, but some remote locations may have limited delivery options.

2. Shipping Times

We aim to process and ship your order within 14 business days from the date of order confirmation. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.

3. Shipping Costs

We provide complimentary shipping within India. For shipping sarees outside India, additional fees will apply, determined by the weight and dimensions of your order, along with the destination.

4. Shipping Methods

We collaborate with dependable carriers to guarantee secure and punctual deliveries. To facilitate a seamless and efficient delivery process, we kindly ask that you provide your complete address, including the zip code and phone number when placing your order.

We request your assistance in ensuring that you or someone you trust is present at the designated delivery address to accept the package upon notification of the scheduled delivery. Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for parcels left at doorsteps or outside the delivery address due to the absence of a trusted individual to receive them.

5. Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation by email with the tracking

details. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your order.

6. Delivery Times

The estimated delivery times will depend on the destination and other factors. Please note that delivery times may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions and holidays.

7. International Shipping

Depending on the destination country, our carrier may be required to obtain customs clearance for your goods before final delivery. Any supplementary taxes, import duties, or customs fees imposed by the importing country will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer is obligated to reimburse the carrier for any such charges incurred by the carrier on their behalf.

8. Delivery Issues

​All our products undergo thorough quality check and is delivered in secure packaging. If you happen to observe any signs of tampering or damage to the package, we kindly request that you do not accept the delivery. Should you choose to accept a package that is compromised in any way, it will be presumed that the product was received in an acceptable condition.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

1. Returns and Exchanges

All products are pre-checked for quality and defects before they are shipped. In the unlikely circumstance that you want to initiate a product exchange, please refer to the following guidelines.

2. Eligibility

  • Incase of any exchange, the customer is requested to inform us about the same within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof from the time of unboxing. We accept the exchange within 7 days of the registered request and hold the right to not accept the products incase received in a damaged condition or after the given time. The decision to accept returns rests solely with the Cāyal

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • We will not be responsible for the loss of products sent by you and will not accept the products incase the outer packaging is damaged or the seal is broken.

  • The colors you observe on your device may differ due to various factors. We are unable to accommodate exchanges based on color variation issues. Additionally, we cannot assure the availability of the same product in your preferred color. Any exchange would be subject to product availability.

  • Exchange and return are not applicable on International orders.

  • Refunds are provided only in the form of store credit, which will remain valid for 180 days from the date of issuance excluding any shipping costs.

  • Artistic irregularities are inherent to the creative and often handcrafted nature of many products, and as such, they do not meet the criteria for initiating a product exchange. These irregularities are typically a result of the unique and artisanal processes involved in crafting the item, which may lead to variations in color, texture, or design. These distinctions, rather than being viewed as defects, are often celebrated as part of the product's character and charm. It is essential for customers to understand that such irregularities are not a valid basis for requesting an exchange, as they are considered a natural and distinctive aspect of the product's craftsmanship. When purchasing art or artisanal products, it is advisable to appreciate the uniqueness and individuality that these irregularities bring to the item, enhancing its value and character.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at customercare@cā to request a return along with the order/product number.

4. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the status. Refund will be provided in the form of store credit​

5. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
